Why I Love Hearthstone, but Will Never Play It..Again.

If you have been alive for the past six months, then you have probably heard someone talking about Hearthstone. At the beginning of the year, I could hardly listen to a podcast without someone mentioning how awesome Hearthstone was. While I am admittedly not a PC gamer, I thought I needed to at least try Hearthstone out to see what all the hype was about. The price was right (FREE!) so I set up my Blizzard account and downloaded the game. WOW! Was this game addictive! It wasn't long before I found myself looking up wikis on Hearthstone, talking strategies with my friends, and spending real money to get cards faster. After playing daily for a few weeks, I finally took a week off. However, when I came back I noticed that people I'd been playing with had unlocked way more cards than I had. A few more days went by before I played again, and it seamed like I could hardly compete! I love Hearthstone and even rated it a 10/10. However, I simply can not conform to the Blizzard mentality and play one game for the rest of my life. (World of Warcraft anyone?) With the release of Naxxramas just around the corner and the price of $7 per wing, Blizzard can should just consider me just a beta tester.
